FIRE RISK ASSESSMENTS

are now a requirement in order to progress into the design stage, this will help guide your designer to the exact system to your property requires
DESIGN
Once the fire risk assessment has been received, the designer will draw up floor plans with the required system from the information acquired from the fire risk assessment
INSTALL & COMMISSION
After design approval now the engineers can carry out the install, once the installation has been completed, commissioning can begin of the installed system making sure everything is in order to produce the certificate
MAINTENANCE PACKAGES
The legal requirement in England for non-domestic buildings to have a fire alarm maintenance contracts in place in order to comply with the Fire Safety Order 2005. Failure to do so can result in enforcement action by the fire authority
